Divine HealthLink is a healthcare transportation and support services company serving individuals and families across the Greater Toronto Area and Simcoe County.
We recognize that accessing healthcare can become challenging when transportation, mobility, age, disability, or everyday circumstances make travelling to appointments or obtaining essential healthcare items difficult.
Our role is to help reduce those barriers.
Through non-emergency medical transportation, prescription and medical supply delivery, and homecare support services, Divine HealthLink helps connect individuals with the care, services, and everyday assistance they need.
